USC Libraries

From now through the end of April, the USC Libraries are offering foursquare specials that encourage USC students to engage with the libraries through the location-based social network. The specials coincide with the Senior Discovery initiative, a university-wide campaign to promote the use of foursquare at USC. This third installment of a series exploring the many USC Libraries looks at the Gerontology Library, which supports scholarship related to aging and the aged. Reflecting the USC Davis School of Gerontology's multidisciplinary approach, the library holds books and journals on an array of subjects, from biology to psychology to public policy. Keep reading to learn more about the Gerontology Library.

The renovations are complete at the Gerontology Library, following a two-week project. All book and bound journal collections are accessible. However, the current journals are still being reshelved; the public workstations will be in place in mid-July. Please call the Gerontology Library at (213) 740 5990 for more information.

The Gerontology Library will be closed for renovations for two weeks starting Monday, June 8. Print collections will not be available until the library reopens. Further details about the enhanced spaces will be announced on Libwire and the Gerontology Library's Web site.
