The USC Libraries have launched a new ILLiad website with an enhanced user interface and several new features to help users keep track of their requests. ILLiad is the online portal to the USC Libraries' interlibrary loan (ILL) and integrated document delivery (IDD) services, which allow USC students, faculty, and staff to request books and documents from non-USC libraries. On Tuesday, May 24, Jade Winn of the USC Libraries will present a live webinar on the library services available to USC's distance learners. The online instruction session, designed for new MSW@USC students earning their degrees through the School of Social Work's Virtual Academic Center, begins at 12:00 noon and is accessible here through Adobe Connect. The webinar is part of a pilot series of online seminars about library services organized by Winn, head of education and social work library services, and Nancy Silver, the libraries' director of information technology.
