Lamancas atjautigais idalgo Don Kihots is the latest addition to the USC Libraries’ L.A. Murillo Cervantes collection, which features translations of Cervantes’ masterpiece in numerous languages. After returning from a trip to Latvia, librarian Dace Taube donated the volume, which is only one of three copies in the United States—and the only copy in the western United States. Translated by Konstantins Raudive, the edition features illustrations by several Latvian artists.
