Business librarian John Juricek recently accompanied a group of 75 USC Marshall MBA students on a two-week trip to Shanghai. Juricek—head of USC's Crocker Business Library and Accounting Library—joined the students to enrich his understanding of international business and learn more about the students' information needs.

During the trip, which was a part of the PM GLOBE program for part-time MBA students, Juricek and the students met with several companies operating in Shanghai, including the Walt Disney Company, CB Richard Ellis, Avery Denison, Eli Lilly, Bank of Shanghai, HSBC, Sunivo, and Honeywell. This was Juricek's second such trip to Shanghai; he previously accompanied a group of MBA students in 2011.

In addition to his time with the USC Marshall students, Juricek traveled to Beijing and Xi’an.
